The Scottish Junior Inter-Regional Team Championships is the highlight of the season for all of the players and coaches, and is the last event of the season to conclude the annual calendar of events. The tournament is a competition between all of the Scottish Squash regions – Central, East, Grampian, Highlands and Islands, Tayside and Fife and the West of Scotland. Players are selected to represent their region and compete against the best players from the other regions in their age group. Teams consist of 4 players, with a minimum of 1 girl in each team, although reserves are also selected and receive matches against their opposite number.
