Giffnock’s Youngest Team win KO Cup ‘B’ Division!

A team consisting of Chris Murphy (12), Jonathan Brady (13), Albeer Mehmood (13) and Daniel O’Sullivan (12) overcame an older Giffnock Team 9 – 3 in the ‘B’ Division to take the honours in this year’s ‘B’ final. Daniel beat Jim Kerr 3 – 0 (Jim plays in the West 4th Div)… Albeer beat Derek Hanlan 2 – 1 (Derek also plays in the 4th Div)… Jonathan beat Paul Geri 2 – 1 (Paul plays in the 3rd Div) and Chris beat John Dick 2 – 1 ( John plays in the 3rd Div).

All the boys will be competing in the West leagues this year, so look out for the Giffnock Youngsters!
