AGM – summary

As anyone who was at the AGM will know, this was an eventful one.

Full minutes will follow. Some points for clubs and captains to note:-

-It is now a requirement that clubs who wish to participate in the West Squash Leagues must affiliate to Scottish Squash. Scottish Squash will make contact with those clubs who participated last season to faciliate this.

-It was noted that some clubs have outstanding team fees going back beyond a reasonable period of time. Efforts are being made as I type to re-coup these fees. A motion was passed at the AGM whereby teams who have outstanding fees after Christmas will be deducted points on a weekly basis.

-There was an amendment to the scoring in the Leagues. Division 2 (mens) will now use PAR15 scoring (as per Divisions 3-7). Division 1 will remain PAR11.
