West Squash 2022 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will take place at 7:00 PM on Friday 17th June 2022 at Giffnock Tennis, Squash and Hockey Club, 4 Percy Drive, Giffnock, Glasgow, G46 6PA.
The Annual General Meeting will consider the following:
- Apologies
- Approval of Minutes from previous AGM
- Approval of the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts
- Appointment of Auditor & Election of Office Bearers & Committee Members
- Honoraria
- Team fees
- Constitutional Matters intimated to the Association Secretary
- Convenors Reports:
League Secretary – Stewart Hamilton
Tournaments – Sophia Grant
Juniors – Martin Woods
- Presentation of Awards – Martin Woods (President)
- AOB
Presentation of Annual Awards
At this year’s Annual General Meeting we will present the West Squash Annual Awards not only for season 2021/22, but also season 2019/20, which was cut short due to COVID.
